Sustainable Refurbishment

The swimming pool, located in the forest at the Dreiländereck (B, NL, D), has undergone extensive refurbishment. From the old swimming pool, a community space has been established, featuring a coffee bar with reused marble from an office building in Frankfurt am Main. The space includes many more recycled materials, such as the custom ceiling PET Felt panels and the Acoustic Baffles PET Felt Straight 2400. The life cycle assessment of the community space indicates significant savings in CO² and water consumption, with 95.2% of all products used being c2c certified, inspired, or ReUse.

Community Space Design

The community space offers various room options in the former swimming pool. Individual design elements, such as the wave-shaped acoustic panels, and the Acoustic Baffles PET Felt Wave, create a nostalgic and functional ambiance. These community spaces combine coworking areas, a cozy lounge, a large terrace with a forest view, a dining room for cooking courses, and many places to relax and network.
